500 Butt Welding Machine – Central Body & Clamping System
The 500 Butt fusion Welding Machine features a durable design with 4 main pulleys and induction-hardened chrome shafts. Its specially designed piston heads allow smooth operation even at low pressures (3–5 bar), ensuring uniform pulley movement. Heater Features
The butt welding machine heater is coated with special Teflon resistant up to 450°C. It includes a replaceable resistance element and consists of two parts, providing safe and efficient heating for plastic pipes during butt welding operations.
Trimmer Features
Equipped with injection-molded bodies and disks, the machine’s trimmer ensures smooth and precise pipe surfaces with a blade height of 0.25 mm. The chain tensioning mechanism allows easy adjustment during summer and winter, preventing potential chain breakage.
